Privacy Policy

김규태 (the "Operator") operates the nntime app and website (app.nntime.io) and processes users' personal information as follows.
1. Personal Information Processed and Purposes
- When you log in with Google: Google account identifier, email address and name — to identify members and keep them logged in
- When you try the service as a guest: a hash of a random device identifier that the app or browser creates when it is first run — to identify guests and apply the limit of one use per day per device
- When a guest requests a plan: a hash of the connecting IP address combined with a value that changes every day — to prevent excessive use from the same network. Once the date changes, these values cannot be linked to each other, and they are deleted after two days
- When you request a plan: spare time, preferences, time of request, starting address (text), language and the generated recommendation results — to create plans and provide the results
2. Location Information
Permission to access your device's location is requested in order to determine your current address. Your device's location coordinates are sent to the Operator's server, which rounds them to about 100 m and sends them to OpenStreetMap Nominatim (an address lookup service). Your IP address and any other information that could identify you are not passed on to Nominatim. The rounded coordinates and the resulting address may be kept in a cache for up to 30 days without being linked to you, and the Operator does not store coordinates per user. The resulting address text is included in your plan request.
3. Usage Statistics
To improve the service, only the number of uses per day (plans created, maps opened and shares) is counted. These statistics contain no user, device or IP address information, so they cannot identify any individual.
4. Retention Period and Destruction
- Member information and guest identifiers are kept until you delete your account.
- When you delete your account, your member information is deleted immediately. For request records, the starting address and recommendation results are erased, and only the purpose, spare time, language and time of request are kept as statistics that cannot identify any individual.
- You can delete your data yourself at My Page > Delete Account in the app and on the web. The same applies to guests.
5. Outsourced Processing and Transfer Abroad
The following companies process personal information in order to provide the service, and all of them have servers abroad (such as in the United States). Personal information is transmitted over the network when you use the service, and each company processes it only within the scope of the purposes below.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: service hosting, database and caching of address lookup results — until account deletion
- OpenAI, L.L.C.: plan generation (the request content is sent) — in accordance with the company's API data policy
- Google LLC: login authentication — at the time of login
- OpenStreetMap Foundation (Nominatim): address lookup for rounded location coordinates (no user-identifying information is passed on) — in accordance with the Foundation's policies
6. What Is Not Collected
No advertising identifiers, behavioral analytics or ad tracking tools, or app error collection tools are used. The website does not use cookies; it keeps your login status, device identifier and recent plans in browser storage (localStorage).
7. Children Under 14 Years of Age
nntime does not accept member registrations from children under 14 years of age.
8. Users' Rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information at any time. You can delete your account directly in the app and on the web; please send any other requests to the contact below.
