Terms of Service

This English translation is provided for reference only. If there is any difference between it and the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the nntime app and web service (the "Service") provided by 김규태 (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• User: a person who uses the Service under these Terms
• Member: a user who logs in with a Google account to use the Service
• Guest: a user who uses the Service through "Try Now" without logging in
• Plan: activity guidance that the Service creates with AI and suggests based on the spare time, location and preferences entered by the user

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

• The Operator posts these Terms within the Service and on this page.
• The Operator may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws. When amending them, the Operator will give notice within the Service starting 7 days before the amendment takes effect, or starting 30 days before for amendments unfavorable to users.
• Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and delete their accounts.

Article 4 (Service Agreement)

• A member's service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and logs in with a Google account.
• A guest is deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon pressing "Try Now", and may use the Service within the scope of Article 5.
• Persons under 14 years of age may not register as members.

Article 5 (Content of the Service)

• The Service provides, free of charge, activity plans created by AI based on the spare time, current location and preferences entered by the user.
• Guests can receive one plan per day on each device, and there is also a daily limit on the number of guest uses from the same network.
• There is a daily limit on AI calls, and when the limit is exceeded, an example plan may be provided.
• The Operator may change or discontinue the content of the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons, and will give notice within the Service in advance whenever possible.

Article 6 (Nature of AI Plans)

• Plans are reference information created automatically by AI. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content of plans, including whether places exist, whether they are open, travel times and safety.
• Before visiting, users must check places and routes themselves and follow traffic laws and on-site instructions.

Article 7 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts.

• Sending large volumes of requests by automated means or circumventing usage limits
• Interfering with the operation of the Service or threatening its security
• Using another person's account or information without authorization
• Using the Service for purposes contrary to laws or public order

Article 8 (Restriction of Use)

If a user violates Article 7, the Operator may restrict the user's use of the Service after giving prior notice or, in urgent cases, with notice given afterward.

Article 9 (Account Deletion)

Users may delete their accounts immediately at any time at My Page > Delete Account in the app and on the web. The handling of information after account deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Operator protects users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Operator is not liable where it is unable to provide the Service due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters or telecommunications failures.
• The Operator is not liable for the results of actions that users take with reference to plans, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the Operator.
• The Service is provided free of charge, and this Article applies to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
